In

change the look and feel of your website install a clean and simple free
WordPress Theme - to do this go to http://wordpress.org/extend/themes and
select a theme (see the picture below):
Download the zip file in your
zip folder. Log in to WordPress Dashboard using your log in information and the
Dashboard looks like the picture given below:
From the left side Menu, select "Appearance", click on "Themes", then click on "Install Themes", click on "Upload" and browse through your Zip folder and select the Theme zip file (remember! do not unzip!) and then click "Install Now" and you have a new theme! You can download as many themes and install as above, preview and use the one you like by activating it.
You also need to do some more tweaking to your website for maximizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and for that you install a plugin "All-in-One SEO".
